"We purchased a 40-day-old female Shih Tzu puppy who fell ill from the second day onward. She stopped eating and vomited four to five times. Despite multiple visits to the veterinarian and significant medical expenses, her condition required IV drips on several occasions to stabilise her health. The shop owner initially refused to take any responsibility and only conceded after we presented the veterinary bills, eventually agreeing to refund 50% of the amount paid. For the seller, a puppy may be a transactional commodity; however, for the buyer, it represents the beginning of an emotional bond that cannot be measured in monetary terms. I strongly advise prospective buyers to avoid this pet shop, as the experience is simply not worth the emotional distress."

"Got a shitzu from the Garhwal shop, he is very energetic and full enthusiastic puppy. Shopkeepers helped a lot to keep him healthy initial days like fever, how to give him food, medicine for loose motion, vomit and multiple queries on call. Got the good potty training pads also, it helped a lot to keep Shitzu at home. Now we call puppy as Benji and a wonderful dog. He has become 5 months old now."
